OMG! Magician’s water torture cell goes horribly wrong in front of 17,000 fans
OHMYGOSSIP — Kristen Johnson aka Lady Houdini was performing a ‘water torture cell’ escape trick in front of 17,000 people when when the unthinkable happened.
According to Ebaum’s World, the female escape artist blacked out with a hypoxic seizure during her act. Images of the incident show the magician struggling and became motionless after a while.
Sensing her life was in trouble, her assistants immediately rushed to remove the locks in lids.
With the help of a ladder, another assistant then pulled her out of the tank.
Thankfully, she started breathing on her own after she was out of the tank.
