The couple, who tied the knot in Italy in October 2012, will receive the prestigious Inspiration Award at GLSEN’s [Gay, Lesbian and Straight Eduction Network] annual Respect Awards on October 23 at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles for serving as “exemplary role models” and making a “significant impact on the lives of LGBT youth.”
In a statement, GLSEN Executive Director, Dr. Eliza Byard said: “We are thrilled to announce the honourees for the 2015 GLSEN Respect Awards — Los Angeles, two vocal and committed allies to the LGBT community who are also devoted to charitable works that improve the lives of youth. Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have consistently been visible and committed allies.”
