Nicola McLean thinks Danny Miller might be ‘playing a game’ on I’m A Celebrity

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicola McLean has questioned whether Danny Miller is “playing a game” on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’.
The former contestant on the ITV show, 40, thinks the ex-‘Emmerdale’ actor, 30, may have tried to get himself voted for last night’s (22.11.21) dreaded eating trial by talking about gagging and being sick a number of times.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: “I’m not sure whether Danny is already playing a game because I cannot see if you are that sort of … if you gag a lot, if you’re sick, you’ve already been sick twice in the helicopter and swallowed it, why would you carry on saying this, of course you know you’re gonna get the eating trial.”
This comes after Danny – who said he was “sick in [his] mouth” three times while helicoptering into camp – gagged while chowing down on an array of delicacies such as cow teats, a pig’s brain, and fermented catfish. He also ate a goat’s testicle and a bull’s penis.
Nicola explained: “I don’t know if he wanted the eating trial cause it is the best trial to get.
“It is disgusting but it is the best one ‘cause it’s the one people remember. I’m not upset if he’s playing the game but I can’t see that he’s not.”
Danny – who previously played Aaron Dingle in the ITV soap – previously admitted he wanted to take part in the show because he was keen “to show people what I am like as Danny rather than Aaron”.
He said: “’I’m A Celebrity’ is the biggest show in the country and I want to show people what I am like as Danny rather than as Aaron.
“It will be nice for people to see me not crying but having a laugh! I am a fun guy at home and I’ve been known as Aaron now for 13 years – it’s good to step outside your comfort zone.”
