Gemma Collins drops dress size and wants to workout with Adele

OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Collins has dropped a dress size following a health kick.
The ex-‘TOWIE’ star, 40, gushed about how she felt following her weight loss after walking thousands of steps a day.
She said: “I’ve been getting my steps in – it really makes a difference. I’ve gone down a dress size and I just feel so much better.”
The GC has been so inspired by her recent fitness regime that she wants to workout with pop superstar Adele, who famously shed more than seven stone in recent years.
Gemma said: “Everyone accused Adele of breaking the internet because she is back with her new album. Gutted I’m not appearing on the album doing a duet with her.
“She said she works out three times a day and that is amazing, but she is Adele and she’s got time.
“She’s a massive celebrity and probably has a gym in her house. Good for her. She does weights in the morning, a hike in the afternoon and cardio in the evening. Adele, I’m your girl if you want some company. Take me with you!”
The ‘Diva Forever’ star also admitted she has learned how to cook rice this week, thanks to Jamie Oliver.
Speaking on ‘The Gemma Collins Podcast’, she said: “I’ve learned how to cook rice this week. It was a big moment in my life. I really like rice but I didn’t know how to cook it. I was watching Jamie Oliver. Jamie, I love you.
“I love your cooking and you inspire me so much. Fluffy rice, there’s a knack to it.
“You cook the rice, then pour kettle water over it and go over it with cold water. I’m sure there’s a bit more to it than but that that’s as far as I got when I was watching Jamie.”
