Malique Thompson-Dwyer returns to Hollyoaks as Emily Burnett joins cast

OHMYGOSSIP — Malique Thompson-Dwyer has returned to ‘Hollyoaks’, and Emily Burnett has joined the cast.
The former ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ star will reprise his role as Prince McQueen on September 7th in a first-look E4 episode, after he departed the village in 2019.
He said: “I’m really excited to announce that I will be stepping back into Prince McQueen’s shoes and returning to ‘Hollyoaks’ this summer.
“I’m looking forward to the seeing what Prince gets up to next and working with the production team again. Stay tuned.”
Malique shot to fame as Tommo in ‘The Dumping Ground’, and ‘Oaks’ newcomer Emily also starred in the show as Charlie.
Emily will play new character Olivia, who will arrive on the arm of Prince in September, and she looks set to cause a stir among the close-knit McQueen family.
The star – who previously appeared in ‘Doctors’ and ‘So Awkward’ – said: “I am so excited to be joining the cast of ‘Hollyoaks’.
“Especially working with Malique and Chelsee and getting to (hopefully) be a member of the legendary McQueen family.
“What to expect from Olivia? Well, she’s classy, very sassy and knows exactly what she wants.
“She is probably someone you don’t want to get on the wrong side of – but I think she has a good heart deep down- especially when it comes to Prince.
“I can’t wait for everyone to meet her in September.”
Olivia has a love for the finer things in life and has a new role at Hollyoaks High on the horizon.
