Chuggs Wallis axed from Love Island

OHMYGOSSIP — Chuggs Wallis has been dumped from the ‘Love Island’ villa.
The 23-year-old hunk was “gutted” to be booted off the show after just two days after newcomer Rachel Finni was forced to choose between him and fellow singleton Brad McClelland.
The luxury travel specialist opted to couple up with Brad because of their “similar take on life”.
She said: “This has not been easy in the slightest. I think you’re both amazing guys in every single way.
“I can’t fault either of you for absolutely anything. I would like to couple up with this boy because I feel that we have a very similar take on life. We can talk about anything.
He’s made me feel comfortable, he’s made me feel sexy. He’s made me feel f***ing great. I’m excited to see where things go.”
Brad cried after Rachel made her announcement and told Jake Cornish that he felt bad for his love rival.
But later in the episode, the new couple shared a kiss under the sheets.
While Chuggs was “gutted” to be making an early exit, he also joked he was happy to have slept with the “two best-looking people in the house”, referring to Brad and Liam Reardon.
Elsewhere on Monday’s (05.07.21) show, Jake Cornish jumped into the pool with excitement after the Islanders voted for him and Liberty Poole to be the first couple to spend the night in the Hideaway.
Liberty said in the Beach Hut: “So, the Hideaway is open for the first time in 2021. I’m excited to see what it looks like and see what happens.”
On their return, Jake rated their night an 8/10 – but cracks may be appearing in their relationship already as he admitted that, if a blonde girl entered the villa, he’d like to get to know her better.
Liberty said of Jake’s confession: “The fact we get on so well but he’s considering it, it has thrown me a bit.”
She also admitted she was worried she had jumped in “too quickly” and felt she should “take a step back” from their romance.
A teaser for Tuesday’s (06.07.21) episode revealed two new girls will be entering the villa to further shake things up.
