Joanna Page to host Shop Well for Less? with Melanie Sykes

OHMYGOSSIP — Joanna Page is set to host ‘Shop Well for Less?’ alongside Melanie Sykes.
The 44-year-old actress has revealed she’s the new co-host of the BBC show, following the departures of Alex Jones, who is pregnant with her third child, and Steph McGovern, who has made the switch to Channel 4.
Elsewhere, Jordan Banjo is set to host sister show ‘Eat Well for Less?’ alongside Chris Bavin, after Gregg Wallace quit the programme earlier this year in order to spend more time with his family.
Looking forward to her new job, Joanna – who plays Stacey in the hit BBC sitcom ‘Gavin & Stacey’ – wrote on Twitter: “So excited to announce that me and @MsMelanieSykes are taking over presenting duties on #ShopWellForLess. And also a brand new show #ShopWellForThePlanet with me, @MsMelanieSykes @Chris_Bavin and #JordanBanjo (sic)”
Joanna and Melanie are teaming-up to help families to save money by changing their shopping habits.
And the actress is excited about her new role.
She said: “I’m so excited to be working with Melanie, helping out lots of people across the UK and maybe getting a few tips for my own spending habits. It’ll be great fun.”
Meanwhile, Larry Lamb recently claimed it would be “short-sighted” not to do more ‘Gavin & Stacey’.
The 73-year-old actor plays Mick Shipman in the BBC comedy series and he’d relish the chance to reprise his role.
Asked if there will be more episodes, he replied: “I think it would be pretty short-sighted if there wasn’t.
“I’d be happy to do more. Everybody that’s involved with it sees it as a team event. If they’re doing more, you’re part of it.”
