BBC Two ‘to launch new wedding planner show’

OHMYGOSSIP — The BBC has commissioned a wedding planner challenge show.
The broadcaster is set to launch ‘Master Of Ceremonies’, which will see two wedding planners go head-to-head to organise the ultimate big day for a bride and groom.
A spokesman told The Sun’s Bizarre TV column: “At the heart of every episode are our couple and their family. It’s for the planners to work together to pull off the couple’s dream wedding in just a matter of days.
“The planners will be talented, creative and have great organisational skills, but they will be attempting the seemingly impossible as they go all out to turn around incredible weddings against the clock.”
However, the planners could be booted from the competition if they fail to impress the couple and the judges.
The source added: “They know that if they fail, they could be booted out of the competition at any time by the no-nonsense judges.”
The six-part BBC Two series is set to be fronted by a big-name TV presenter, with a host of expert judges from the multi-billion pound industry.
It comes after previous BBC Two competition shows such as ‘MasterChef’ and ‘The Great British Sewing Bee’ became huge hits with viewers and were moved to BBC One.
What’s more, the BBC also has Alan Carr-hosted show ‘Design Masters’, in which interior designs compete against one another in a bid to win a series of challenges.
Alan recently returned for a new series of ‘Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow’, which featured new addition of classic gameshow ‘Name That Tune’, in which contestants put their musical knowledge to the test.
