The actor, 51, has splashed out on an $8 million palatial waterfront mansion on the island of Lanai.

Cruise ill eventually merge several properties into one spectacular compound overlooking Kapihaa Bay, where he can relax with his 7-year-old daughter Suri, according to insiders.
