Peter Andre turns 48: ‘I’m feeling great!’

OHMYGOSSIP — Peter Andre is “feeling great” as he celebrates his 48th birthday.
The ‘Mysterious Girl’ hitmaker turned another year older on Saturday (27.02.21), and marked his special day by posting a video of himself shirtless to show fans he’s been “training hard”.
In the clip, he said: “And just like that, I’m 48 years old. Yeah, I’ve got my shirt off, because I figured, you know what? I’m training hard, in two years’ time I’m going to be 50, so I may as well make the most of it. I’m 48, feeling great.”
Peter – who has son Junior, 15, and daughter Princess, 13, with his ex-wife Katie Price, as well as daughter Amelia, seven, and son Theo, four, with spouse Emily MacDonagh – also shared a throwback photo of himself with his parents and his sister, whom he has been unable to visit because of COVID-19 travel restrictions.
He added in a separate post: “So grateful for all the birthday messages. Thank you. But what I would give to have my mum and dad here…. and my sis of course (sic)”
Meanwhile, Peter recently said he feels “more chilled” than ever as he nears his 50th birthday, because he thinks he’s already been through a “mid-life crisis”.
He said last month: “My mid-life crisis was in my thirties.
“I wanted all the fast cars, Ferraris and Lamborghinis.
“I remember feeling really down when I turned 40, but now I’m so much more chilled and I love life.
“I’m in a happy place. I want to be in the best shape of my life – 50 is the new 30.”
The ‘Flava’ singer also shared his tips for working out, and said the “best time” to hit the gym is “when you’re tired”.
He explained: “The hardest bit of working out is the motivation. The best time to work out is when you’re tired – have an espresso, wait about 20 minutes, then do it. Then you feel unreal.
“Or first thing in the morning. I like a shot of espresso, a glass of water, a tiny spoon of peanut butter.
“Do your cardio on an empty stomach, then you’re burning from the night before.”
