Mark Wright remembers late TOWIE co-star Mick Norcross as ‘a gentleman’

OHMYGOSSIP — Mark Wright has praised his late ‘The Only Way is Essex’ co-star Mick Norcross as a “gentleman”.
The former reality TV star-turned-pro footballer has paid tribute to the Sugar Hut club owner, who was found dead at his home on Thursday (21.01.21) aged 57, admitting he was “a nice guy” who was “always so welcoming”.
Mark said: “I knew Mick quite well, I wasn’t very close to him so I’m not going to spend too long talking about it.
“I just want to send my condolences and my love to the family and Kirk, he obviously must be broken-hearted.
“What I did know of Mick, he was such a gentleman, such a nice guy, he was always so welcoming at his club.
“It’s just so sad.”
Following Mick’s passing, Mark – who starred alongside the businessman on series two and three of ‘TOWIE’ – has urged people to talk about how they are feeling.
Speaking on ‘Lorraine’, he added: “If you know anyone out there today … I think the message is just talk, just ask them if they’re OK, and if you’re feeling down talk to a friend or a family member.
“Because we hear this too much, too often now.
“It’s these kinds of situations that hit me most, they hit hardest.
“When you think that maybe somebody could’ve spoken.”
Mick wrote about “the end” in his last-ever tweet.
He wrote on Twitter: “At the end remind yourself that you did the best you could. And that is good enough.”
