Arnold Schwarzenegger has COVID-19 vaccination

OHMYGOSSIP — Arnold Schwarzenegger has received his COVID-19 vaccination.
The ‘Terminator’ star was giving the first dose of his vaccine against the deadly virus on Wednesday (20.01.21) and shared the good news with his followers on Twitter.
Captioning a video of him having the vaccine at a drive thru service at the Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California, he said: “Today was a good day. I have never been happier to wait in a line. If you’re eligible, join me and sign up to get your vaccine. Come with me if you want to live! Thanks for checking me in at @Dodgers Stadium, @MayorOfLA! What a crazy surprise. (sic)”
In the video, the 73-year-old actor can be heard uttering one of his character’s most famous lines including “Come with me if you want to live” from ‘Terminator 2: Judgment Day’.
During the pandemic, Arnold underwent heart surgery and had a new aortic valve.
Sharing the news in October, he wrote online: “Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery. I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues. Thank you to every doc and nurse on my team! (sic)”
It comes after Arnold opened up about his emergency open-heart surgery in a commencement speech to 2020 graduates, using the example of his operation and the recovery he made to start shooting ‘Terminator: Dark Fate’ just four months later.
He wrote: “My advice to graduates on overcoming obstacles during coronavirus. Because of coronavirus, you are graduating into a world filled with obstacles, so I wanted you to know that no matter how successful you are, there will always be obstacles.
“But you can overcome and move toward your vision. Europeans don’t talk about medical issues much, we protect them like state secrets. Maybe it’s a sign I’m Americanised, but I wanted to share the story of my heart surgery going south four months before ‘Terminator’. I hope it gives you motivation in these hard times.”
