Kaye Adams slams trolls judging Katie Price

OHMYGOSSIP — Kaye Adams has slammed trolls who have judged Katie Price for putting her son into care.
The ‘Loose Women’ star defended the 42-year-old former glamour model for putting her eldest son, Harvey – who suffers from Prader-Willi Syndrome, autism and is partially blind – into full-time care.
Speaking on the ITV chat show on Friday (15.01.21), Kaye said: “Anyone who stands in judgement should take a look at themselves.”
She praised the “devoted mother” for making the brave decision for her 18-year-old son as she knows she won’t be there to take care of him forever.
Kaye added: “She is a devoted mother. There will be so many families [in Katie’s situation] who have kids with special needs and it’s been one of the hardest years of their life.
“Most respite care support has been taken away by necessity because of coronavirus. Katie is making a difficult and necessary decision. She’s thinking of his independence and future, he regards himself as a man. To be blunt, Katie has to think she’s not here forever. She has to make provision for her son.”
Nadia Sawalha agreed with Kaye and praised Katie for making a decision that is “best” for Harvey.
She said: “Everybody has always got a lot to say about Katie. I’ve seen Katie with Harvey and no one can deny the incredible relationship they have. She adores that boy. We can all imagine how difficult it must be for her but she’s making a good mother’s decision. It’s the best thing for him.”
The reality star revealed she made the “heartbreaking” decision to send her son to a residential college, which she hopes will be able to teach him how to have a more independent life and learn new skills.
She revealed: “It’s so upsetting to think I won’t see him every day but this is the best thing for Harvey and we have to think positively because I don’t want him to think I’m just getting rid of him. This is his chance to live an independent life, learn skills and socialise with people other than me.”
