Tamzin Outhwaite’s daughter missing ‘vital’ lessons due to internet issues

OHMYGOSSIP — Tamzin Outhwaite has revealed her daughter has missed “vital” home schooling classes due to their internet being down.
The former ‘EastEnders’ star – who played Mel Owen on the BBC One soap from 1998 to 2002, and again from 2018 until her character’s death in 2019 – has daughters Florence, 12, and eight-year-old Marnie with ex-husband Tom Ellis, and her WiFi issues come at a tough time during lockdown.
Taking to Twitter, she claimed: “Ok @virginmedia I really thought we were getting somewhere but after spending another 26mins on hold today, you said my security details are wrong.
“They were correct when I spoke to a human yesterday. My daughter is missing vital classes due to WiFi not working properly (sic)”
When schools were first closed across the UK in March last year, Tamzin admitted she was finding it challenging teaching her own kids at home during the pandemic.
She said at the time: “I’m already at the end of my tether with home schooling and it’s 10am.”
However, she had plenty of people stepping up to make things easier, with Emilia Clarke offering to read to her daughters.
The 50-year-old star – who was cast alongside the former ‘Game of Thrones’ actress in West End production ‘Seagull’ – revealed: “I’m a lucky one. I have @emiliaclarke offering to read stories to my girls, live!
“I have chef friends happy to drop off food. A boyfriend who is bleaching the house, and a whole heap of friends who are offering support but I’m still going slightly crazy!”
Meanwhile, Tamzin – who is dating Tom Child, 29 – recently joked she is living in a “House of Hormones”, and her youngest daughter sometimes needs to “get away from it all”.
The star – who spotted some early signs of what could be the menopause during filming for YouTube series ‘Dun Breedin’ during the first national lockdown – wrote on social media: “Marnie leaves the House of Hormones to get away from it all sometimes… by grandads cabin… who wouldn’t? #houseofhormones #prayfortom (sic)”
