OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia and Alex Bowen were considering starting a family before the coronavirus pandemic. The former ‘Love Island’ stars – who met on the 2016 series of the dating show and tied the knot two years later – have decided to delay their plans to become parents due to the uncertainty amid the global health crisis and because Olivia, 27, has to work on her TLC TV show, ‘Second Chance Dresses’, which requires her to be in New York for two months. During an Instagram Story Q&A with her followers, Olivia replied when asked if they are planning to have kids anytime soon: “We were thinking about it and then things just kinda changed, especially with lockdown still happening and the world being so unknown at the moment, I put it off. I also have to go to New York for two months so…” The blonde beauty admitted she doesn’t think she would be able to cope being pregnant in lockdown and not being able to have her loved ones with her to support her. In the caption, she added: “The world scares me right now so we postponed. I know what I’m like and I know I wouldn’t be good at being pregnant during lockdown I don’t think! I need my friends and family close. “Hats off to all of you strong ladies.” Olivia insisted last year that they are both focused on their respective careers. She said: “As the timings have all changed, and we’re both really busy with our careers, we’re just really happy with where we are right now. “I also recently purchased a horse so that’s puts a spanner in the works and it has been keeping me really busy.”
