Ruthie Henshall leaves I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here

OHMYGOSSIP — Ruthie Henshall has left ‘I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here’.
The musical theatre star has become the second celebrity to be booted from the show on Sunday (29.11.20) night after receiving the fewest votes from the public.
Speaking to hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly in her exit interview, she said: “It was definitely brutal. You have absolutely no control in there; you don’t know what’s coming next.
“And the rollercoaster of emotions is ridiculous. You start thinking about things you haven’t thought about in years. You’re falling from emotions to emotions but of course everyone in there is so delightful and wonderful and there was a real camaraderie there. Nothing went unnoticed.”
Elsewhere on the show, the celebrities took part in a series of challenges in a bid to win their treats from home. They were split into groups and tasked with collecting keys, with 30 on offer to open a series of doors. Behind some of the doors was stars to secure meals for camp and behind others were treats for home which could be given to a campmate of the celebrity’s choice. Devastatingly, there was also some empty boxes meaning the celebrities lost that key and wouldn’t be able to use it again.
The celebrities won 23 out of the 30 keys but some of them missed out on their treats from home.
Speaking in the Telegraph about missing out on her present from her family at home, Giovanna was in tears as she admitted: “Your heart aches and then you attach yourself to anything. How lovely would it be to hear from Tom and the boys, just a sentence? It’s a sentence and I’m going to pretend each sentence anyone gets is from the kids and I’m going to adopt them like they’re mine.”
