Emma Watson reveals she doesn’t class herself as a celebrity

OHMYGOSSIP — Emma Watson is apparently still as sensible as the fictional character Hermione she played in the Harry Potter blockbusters. Despite earning a whopping £26million from her career that was sparked by her role in the depictions of the J.K Rawling books, she only owns 8 pairs of shoes!

The 23 year old, who is starring in new film The Bling Ring, a flick that is based on a true story of a gang of teenagers who stole over £2million of good from celebs living in the Hollywood Hills.

Their biggest haul came from the home of Paris Hilton, 32, who gave permission to film at her home.

Emma Watson whilst working in the Heiresses home, comparing Hilton’s walk-in wardrobe to a department store:

“It’s almost like consumerism as a form of kleptomania. She could never wear all of those clothes and half of them were brand new and still had the price tag on. But I suppose she just bought them to have them”

She continued We’ve all bought things on impulse but that’s an entirely different thing.”

Miss Watson then continued to mention that she only owns about 8 pairs of shoes and doesn’t see herself as a celebrity:

She told Radio Times: “There’s a whole new definition to celebrity now. And I think that’s why you see a lot of actors blanching at being associated with that word “celebrity” because it’s become something that isn’t really associated with having a craft”
