Romesh Ranganathan would get manhood tattoo for charity

OHMYGOSSIP — Romesh Ranganathan would get a manhood tattooed on his back for charity.
The 42-year-old comedian would happily have a penis permanently inked on his body to help raise money for charity, after already having numerous drawings tattooed on himself.
Writing in his book, ‘As Good As It Gets: Life Lessons From A Reluctant Adult’, he said: “I have now become dangerously casual about what I have written and drawn on my body.
“If everyone clubbed together a healthy donation for a good charity I would happily get a penis tattooed on my back, or, worse still, the Spurs cockerel.”
The ‘A League of Their Own’ star recalled his obsession with tattoos, which first started when his eldest son was born.
He explained: “I got my first tattoo after our first child was born. His name’s on my shoulder. The next was a portrait of Richard Pryor on my forearm. I genuinely did get an Autobot tattoo on my calf because I love ‘Transformers’.”
Romesh also has tattoos of his other two children, as well as rapper Nas and hip hop band The Roots.
His most memorable ink happened on the set of his comedy show after he found that a panellist already had a tattoo of his face.
He added: “When we were filming ‘The Ranganation’, one of the members of the panel, known as Metalhead, revealed that he’d had a tattoo of me done on his leg. I now have Metalhead on my leg, it made for about 40 seconds of TV.”
However, his body art has helped him get further in life after a restaurant owner spotted a tattoo of the Albania flag on his arm.
Romesh recalled: “A few months after my Albania trip, I found myself in a restaurant with my family and the waiter told me that the manager would like a word. He looked upon the two-headed eagle and nodded ‘I am Albanian. You never have to pay for anything here, ever again’.”
