Stevie Nicks thinks Reese Witherspoon is ‘too old’
OHMYGOSSIP — Stevie Nicks thinks Reese Witherspoon is ‘almost too old’ to play her in a movie about her life.
Stevie Nicks thinks Reese Witherspoon is “almost too old” to play her in a movie. The Fleetwood Mac singer is a huge fan of the 37-year-old Oscar-winning actress and would love for her to play her on the big screen, despite previously claiming there are no plans to make a movie about her life.
The 64-year-old singer told ET Canada: “I’ve already told her she’s almost too old.
“I love her but she’s like, ‘I could play your mother.’ I’m like, ‘Okay.'”
Stevie dismissed rumours that a biopic about her was in the works in September 2011.
The Grammy-winner said at the time: “Nobody is making a movie about my life. When there is a movie about my life being made, everybody will know. And it will be serious. Everybody thinks they are making a movie about my life but it’s not true.”
Reese previously won a Best Actress Oscar for her portrayal of June Cash in ‘Walk The Line’ in 2005.
Reese, who recently enjoyed a romantic getaway to Mexico with her husband Jim Toth for her birthday last month, has a busy year ahead of her and plans to film several movies after taking a break to give birth to her third child last year.
The actress currently has three movies in pre-production including ‘Wish List’, ‘The Good Lie’ and ‘Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus’.
