Tom Arnold is a dad

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Arnold’s wife Ashley Groussman gave birth to their first son Jax Copeland Arnold on Saturday (06.04.13) after years of infertility issues.

Tom Arnold has become a father for the first time. The 54-year-old comedian’s wife Ashley Groussman, 37, gave birth to a baby boy called Jax Copeland Arnold at 9.53am on Saturday morning (06.04.13), weighing 8lbs 12 oz. and measuring 21 inches long.

A spokesperson for the ‘Happy Endings’ star confirmed the birth of their first child and the proud parents told People.com: “We are still in a bit of shock. It has been a long journey and the healthy birth of our son is a miracle.”

The ‘Sons of Anarchy’ star was very open about his fertility problems, which he discovered while in college, before Ashley became pregnant and the couple were thrilled when they announced the news in January.

Tom, who was married three times, including to Roseanne Barr, before tying the knot with Ashley in 2009, previously said: “I’ve tried with other people, but since there is a God we were unable to conceive. Now God said, ‘This is it!’

“We’re really happy. I didn’t think it was in the cards for me, so I was completely shocked. It’s a miracle.”
