Sylvester Stallone builder alleges death threat
OHMYGOSSIP — Mohamed Hadid, a builder being sued by Sylvester Stallone for $1.4 million, alleges the Hollywood star once threatened to blow his head off and claims he used to fly into fits of rage.
A contractor being sued for $1.4 million by Sylvester Stallone claims the actor threatened to blow his head off. Mohamed Hadid has obtained a temporary restraining order against the ‘Rocky’ actor after alleging the Hollywood legend threatened him and pushed him in court before saying: “I am going to kill you mother****r.”
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the builder also claims Stallone once threatened to smash his head in with a baseball bat and told him: “Get these dirty Mexicans out of here or I will blow your head off.”
Stallone is suing Hadid after alleging he did a bad job of renovating his property, describing him as an “unscrupulous, unlicensed predator”.
Hadid has been granted a temporary restraining order against the ‘Expendables’ actor following his claims and says he witnessed the 66-year-old star fly into fits of rage on several occasions, and once grabbed his dog by the neck and threw it into its bed.
Stallone’s lawyer Marty Singer believes the celebrity developer – who once appeared on US reality TV show ‘Shahs of Sunset’ – is simply making a “desperate attempt” to get attention, and says the actor was never told about a hearing for a restraining order.
He said: “This is a desperate attempt by a man who wants to be a media star, which is why he’s a guest star on ‘Shahs of Sunset’.”
