Ricki Lake talk show canceled

OHMYGOSSIP — Ricki Lake is off the air — her talk show has been canceled. The 44-year-old’s daytime chat show struggled to attract viewers with its blend of self-help and family topics.

But despite the axing, Ricki insists she is proud she had the chance to address the big issues.

“I am so proud of the shows we completed this season, sparking important conversations about everything from raising children to mental illness to suicide prevention to coming out,” she said.

“I will continue to be an active and passionate voice for subjects that are close to my heart through a variety of platforms.”
