PJ Ellis feels ‘weird’ about Jade Goody’s death

OHMYGOSSIP — PJ Ellis still feels “weird” about Jade Goody’s death.
The pair hooked up when they appeared on the third season of ‘Big Brother’ in 2002 and PJ admitted he was left devastated by her death in 2009, following a battle with cervical cancer.
He told The Sun: “I was never surprised by her success. She was made for that time. I wished her all the best and we spoke most days. I was devastated about what happened to her. It still is pretty weird to deal with. She was a lovely lass, a genuinely kind soul and a brilliant mum. I miss her.”
While the pair stunned viewers with their saucy shenanigans on screen, PJ insists that they actually only shared a cheeky kiss and it never went any further.
He explained: “Did we have one of those kisses that most people have at Christmas, and laugh about the next day? Well yes, only we did it in front of 10 million people.
“Did we go on to do that thing that conveniently rhymes with my name? Errr, then the answer would be no. People still don’t believe me though.
“What’s to regret about having a cheeky snog with a lovely lass, eh? Nothing. The only regret I have was the grief it caused my family and friends as they were then hounded by the press while I was completely oblivious having a great time in the house.”
PJ has been married to wife Kelly for eight years and they have two kids, Blake, seven and Minnie, three.
Meanwhile, Jade’s widower Jack Tweed recently admitted he can’t move on from the late star.
He said: “Every time I meet someone new, I tell myself they won’t compare to Jade and how well we got on.
“So instead, I end up holding myself back and I start ignoring anyone who I get a little close with. I need to get my head together before I move on.
“It wouldn’t be fair on that person until I’m ready. Maybe one day I will move on. But it has to be when the time is right, and at the moment, it still isn’t.”
