Katy Perry’s Miami vacation with singer John Mayer

OHMYGOSSIP — Katy Perry is on vacation in Miami. The recently divorced Peacock singer was seen Friday enjoying some poolside downtime in a stunning bikini. Perry spent the day enjoying the sun poolside with friends including singer John Mayer.

“They were affectionate, holding hands and cuddling,” an observer told Us Weekly.

Recent reports claimed Katy is keen to take a substantial time off work so she can vacation and focus on herself.

“Ever since Katy split from Russell in December, she’s been saying she wants to get away from everything and truly heal her heart,” a source said.

“Katy’s said she wants to jet off to a place where she’s never been. She’s planning a three-month vacation with her brother David and one of her best pals.

“They’ve provisionally booked a trip to South America, starting off in Peru and doing the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu — something Katy’s always wanted to do.

“Katy’s realized that she can’t date anyone so soon after her divorce. She wants to have fun. She’s desperate to ‘live it up’.”
