Hilary Duff doesn’t want son to play hockey

OHMYGOSSIP — Hilary Duff is terrified her baby boy will follow his father onto the ice when he grows up. The singer and actress only gave birth to little Luca a month ago but already she’s looking ahead to his future and the influence of his ice hockey superstar father, Mike Comrie.

“I wouldn’t be like, ‘Be an actor!’ or, ‘You should be a singer!’ that would really scare me,” says Hilary. ”

Then obviously a hockey player — that’s even more rough.

“I remember when I first started dating Mike, he would come home with five stitches on his face and a black eye or he would get in a fight. I would be like, ‘Oh my god! What is this all about?’ The idea of that happening to my baby — I’m like, ‘No. No hockey!’ but if that’s what he wants to do…”
