Eva Mendes talks to dog in French

OHMYGOSSIP — Eva Mendes speaks to her dog in a special language.

The actress told Marie Claire magazine that her Belgian Malinois, Hugo, listens to commands in French.

“It sounds so pretentious, but he learned his commands in French,” she said.

“He’s an attack dog, a guard dog. But he’s really sweet.”
