Love Island bombshell Connagh Howard worked with Anthony Joshua

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Love Island’ newcomer Connagh Howard once worked with Anthony Joshua.
The 27-year-old model – who is set to enter the ‘Love Island’ villa on Thursday (16.01.20) – met his boxing hero when they teamed up to film an advert.
However, the hunk found meeting the heavyweight champion a bit too much.
Speaking of his claim to fame, Connagh spilled: “I was in an advert with Anthony Joshua. I’m a big boxing fan. I was really excited to meet him. In the ad we are both training. It was pretty nerve-wracking, he’s a big boy!”
Unfortunately, it seems the bombshell didn’t take any relationship tips from the 30-year-old boxer as he has a history of deleterious dates.
He explained: “I was not smooth at all – it was a first date and I ended up tipping my drink over this girl and she was wearing white. Luckily she saw the funny side of it.”
And Connagh could do with updating his chat up lines as he claimed “they never work”.
Revealing his best chat up line, he said: “‘Do you feel that? That’s boyfriend material.’ It’s just a bit of a laugh, an icebreaker. Chat up lines never work!”
Meanwhile, the newbie already has his eye’s on a few of the girls in the villa.
He confessed: “I fancy Shaughna, Sophie and Siannise.”
However, Connagh doesn’t want to step on anyone’s toes by ruining any blossoming relationships.
He continued: “If I really like someone, I’m definitely going to make an effort, I’m not going to let the opportunity go by. But, I’m not going to try and be a homewrecker.”
Luckily for him, Shaughna was left single after Eve Gale stole Callum Jones in Monday’s show (13.01.20), leaving the 25-year-old democratic services fuming.
In the Beach Hut, she admitted: “We just see these two blondes, looking like they’ve just stepped out of Playboy. I was really trying so hard not to look fuming. I was trying so hard not to look bothered. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.”
