Lindsay Lohan and Megan Fox both up for Elizabeth Taylor role

Elizabeth Taylor is one of thee biggest names ever in Hollywood. With her larger than life personality and gleaming on-screen presence, Liz was the epitome of what a Hollywood starlet was. So to portray her in a film would be an honor for any actress, which is why it’s not surprising that more than one actress is vying for the role.

The two leading ladies up for the role in an upcoming Lifetime biopic are Lindsay Lohan and Megan Fox. Executive producer Larry Thompson told E! News, “I’ve been talking to Lindsay Lohan directly, and with her reps, and have been in conversations with other actresses, including Megan Fox.” Adding, “It’s a very serious selection. It’s like casting for Hollywood Royalty.”

Reports say that Lohan is the clear front-runner, but her personal troubles may end up costing her the role. The infamous socialite is due back in court this week and will be on probation until the end of March.
