Daniel Craig pigged out for Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

Daniel Craig loved playing a washed up journalist in new movie Girl with the Dragon Tattoo because it gave him the excuse to pig out! The James Bond hunk says he was under strict orders to “let himself go” for the acclaimed movie and he enjoyed every minute of it.

“I did this film after I’d done Cowboys and Aliens and I was stick thin,” says Daniel.

“So it was agreed that it was really important to make the character look as real as possible. I wanted to look like someone who had been through a lot and lost their home and lost their living. I just kind of relaxed a bit and let it go. It was great. I ate what I wanted and didn’t go to the gym.”

Craig recently admitted he is “not satisfied” with his career.

“I’m definitely not satisfied about my career. I don’t know how you can be; it’s the very nature of things. I’m always trying to figure it out and I’m kind of unsatisfied constantly. I always want to get it right and I don’t know what the answer to it is,” he said.

“But I do know that it’s out there and I do know it’s worth looking for.”
