Chelsea Handler gives $138k to staff

Chelsea Handler is a generous lady! The Hollywood funnywoman handed out $138,000 to her staff after inking a new $25 million, two-year deal with E! this week.

According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, Handler gave 138 of her staffers $1,000 each, in cash, as a thank you.

As part of her new contract, Handler will continue her run as host and executive producer of her late-night show Chelsea Lately through 2014. She’ll also produce and develop further projects through her Borderline Amazing Productions, which also produces her spinoff, After Lately.
