David Beckham: Harper Seven will work in fashion

David Beckham has predicted that his daughter Harper Seven will have a career in fashion when she grows up. Victoria Beckham gave birth to their first daughter in July in a Los Angeles hospital. The footballer has said that Harper’s brothers will help introduce her to sport.

“Let’s hope she’s got an athlete’s body,” Beckham said at the launch of his new fragrance DB Homme. “But she’ll definitely be in fashion.

“She’ll be very athletic, because she’ll have three brothers running around and kicking footballs at her. She’ll be ready for that.”

David also revealed that his sons – Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 9, and Cruz, 6 – have “constantly” played with their new sister since she was born in the summer.

“I was hoping it would calm the boys down and that energy level that they’ve got would go down a little bit – but it hasn’t,” he explained.

“They’re great. They won’t put her down, they’re constantly holding her and playing with her and getting her to smile.”

Victoria Beckham recently said that she has yet to be apart from Harper Seven since she was born.
