Britney Spears shows southern hospitality as host of charity dinner
It’s not too often that Britney Spears hits the red carpet these days, but the singer stepped out with boyfriend Jason Trawick Wednesday night when she hosted a charity dinner in Beverly Hills.
According to Just Jared, Britney Spears hosted ‘An Evening of Southern Style’ at a private residence to benefit The St. Bernard Project, an organization dedicated to helping rebuild the lives of those affected by Hurricane Katrina. The pop star and her family, including Trawick, all played host for the star-studded the evening.
In true Southern style, Spears served lemon and peach sweet tea and Louisiana fare prepared by dad, chef Jamie Spears.
Selena Gomez, Christina Milian, Kim Kardashian, Kellan Lutz, Hilary Duff, Shenae Grimes, and Kelly Osbourne all came out to support Spears and the charity event.
Spears has had a busy year so far, releasing a No. 1 album, Femme Fatale, and rehearsing for her upcoming summer tour with Nikki Minaj.
