Denise Richards has gone a little overboard with the plastic surgery

The actress — who’s divorced from actor Charlie Sheen — appeared to be forcing a smile as she sported a shiny, tight face while attending the 6th Annual PINK party, hosted by Jennifer Garner, at the W Hotel in Hollywood this past Saturday night.

The 39-year-old has previously admitted to altering her appearance, revealing she has had multiple plastic surgeries.

When asked by Howard Stern on his SIRIUS Radio show her breasts are real, Richards replied, “Um, natural on outside, on the inside they are not.”

She admitted to having had three breast augmentations.
