Denise Richards has landed herself a new acting gig

The actress,who played Dr. Christmas Jones in 1999’s The World Is Not Enough, has joined the cast of Spike TV’s sitcom Blue Mountain State in a recurring guest role, the network announced on Thursday.

Denise will play Debra, the ex-wife of Marty Daniels, played by Ed Marinaro on the half-hour comedy. Ed plays the football coach at the school the series is centered around.

Richards previously had guest spots on Spin City and Melrose Place and appeared in cameos on Friends and Seinfeld.

Season 2 of Blue Mountain State premieres on Spike TV on October 20. Denise will make her first appearance on the season’s third episode.
