Kourtney Kardashian gets baby workout
Kourtney Kardashian credits her baby son with keeping her fit.
The reality TV star gave birth to little Mason in December and while motherhood means she no longer has time for the gym she has found it has other benefits in helping her maintain her figure.
She said: “My fitness regimen is basically non-existent right now. Although taking care of Mason keeps me very active, and I do take him on walks. I do jumping squats while holding Mason and he laughs so hard when I jump with him. I only do like three a day though.”
Despite having a young son, Kourtney tries to get eight hours sleep a night as she knows how important it is, but admits it’s not always possible and has days when she just wants to hide away.
She is quoted by website examiner.com as saying: “I drink lots of water and get eight hours or more of sleep if I can. Curling my eyelashes really opens up my eyes and is a quick and easy fix.
“I would say a lack of sleep is a cause for feeling not so beautiful. On those days, I try to drink lots of water and put on the biggest sunglasses I can find.”
