Britney Spears to remain under father’s control

OHMYGOSSIP — According to a report from RadarOnline, Casear’s Entertainment will be able to cancel Spears’ contract if her conservatorship ends. “The contract clearly states if Britney’s conservatorship ends, Casear’s Entertainment (the parent company of Planet Hollywood) has the right to cancel the deal,” a source said.

The conservatorship allows Spears’ father Jamie and several lawyers to control Spears’ affairs. It has been in place since 2008 after several very public meltdowns which resulted in Spears being placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold.

“Britney will have a medical team in Las Vegas and if needed, her psychiatrist, who based in Los Angeles, will be made available to her should she need,” said the source.

“Britney will fly in shortly before the shows and come back to Los Angeles so she doesn’t disrupt her schedule with her sons.

”A lot of the shows will take place on weekends when the boys are with their father, Kevin (Federline).”
