Bill Clinton wants George Clooney to play him in biopic
OHMYGOSSIP — Bill Clinton has opened up about his dream cast for a biopic on his life. The former US president revealed that after watching The Descendants he would like to see George Clooney step into his shoes.
“He was so good in it, so real,” Clinton said of Clooney’s role as the betrayed husband Matt King.
The former commander-in-chief went on to say that Clooney could be made to look like him with the use of the right prosthetics.
“You could put bulbous things on his nose,” he told interviewer Harvey Weinstein on Piers Morgan Tonight.
Clinton added that Brad Pitt is “too good looking” to play him. He also named Meryl Streep as his pick to portray his wife Hillary Clinton.
Clooney was nominated for an Oscar for his role in The Descendants. The actor recently hosted a fundraiser for current US president Barack Obama in which he earned over $15 million (£9.3 million) in celebrity donations.
