Megan Fox is interested in astrology

Megan Fox admits she bores friends and family with her love of astrology and even brings the subject into movie role negotiations, including for her latest movie Friends With Kids.

“I actually met with (director) Jennifer Westfeldt. She came up to my house to talk to me about doing the movie,” explains Megan, 25.

“We actually ended up talking for like four hours. We talked about the movie but also astrology — I usually suck people into these big astrology conversations. There were a few people she was meeting but after that she just felt that I fitted the role the best.”

Fox recently revealed she’s hoping to win back fans in comedy Friends With Kids in which she’s aiming to show she is more than just a pretty face and a hot body.

“Most people have seen me as the glorified pin-up girl with motorcycle boots who is also fighting to save the world,” says Megan.

“It’s not necessarily someone who you connect with because they’re not real people – the glossy lips in the middle of the desert. In Jennifer’s Body I was this crazy thing eating people. I just don’t really get portrayed as someone who has feelings or who is sympathetic. I am portrayed as this sort of self-absorbed ice queen. Maybe if people see me in a role that allows me to be more human, people will think differently about me.”
